CS - DAP/DDP

Please see the screenshot below where you can choose if you'd like to book your shipment as DAP (delivered at place) or DDP (delivered duty paid).

In the booking section under customs information, you can select Terms of Trade where there's a drop-down menu to choose from.

If you booked the shipment as DAP, and you'd like to change it to DDP, please send us an email at support@cloudshipping.co.uk so we can request the changes you'd like to make. However, this change is not guaranteed until the courier confirms it. Especially if the shipment is in the return process or has been abandoned already.
