CS - Tracking a shipment

To track your previous and current shipments, go to the Shipments tab. You can find this on the left side of the screen. Then select the dates to show all the shipments you'd like to see in that specific timeframe. Select or check the box of the shipment you would like to track. Once selected, click the highlighted tracking # and it will show you the up-to-date information on your shipment.

If you would like to track it on the carrier's side, copy the tracking # and go to the carrier's site to track the shipment from there.
