To view your invoices, just click the Invoices in the left side part of the screen.

Raising an invoice query

To raise an invoice query, please send us an email to accounts@cloudshipping.co.uk with the invoice reference as the subject line with a brief summary of your concern.

Please note that invoice queries usually take 10-15 business days or depending on the carrier's timeline regarding their investigation.
